Conditions of purchase and returns
The conditions of sale and returns are specific to each product.
Under each product presented in the shop, you will find our purchasing conditions and return rights.
Purchases
As we mentioned in the previous pages, there are several ways to purchase our Primeview digital tests.
a) Order but buy in pharmacies or drugstores
By going to "shop" you have the option of ordering through Lagap but with delivery on site to the pharmacy or drugstore of your choice.
b) Order online from one of our partners
By clicking on partners, you have the option to purchase on the link with our partner. Click on its logo.
c) Order online from Lagap with delivery by Lagap
By visiting our "shop" you have the option of direct ordering and delivery. It takes 24 hours before delivery from the time of order (confirmation). Delivery only on working days.
Conditions of purchase and returns
Our purchasing conditions are as follows:
a) If you purchase the Primeview digital test in pharmacies or drugstores, the conditions will be those of the distribution partner. The right of return passes through the partner and is only valid in the event of a proven defect in the product purchased.
b) If you purchase Primeview digital from one of our online sales partners. Their terms and conditions apply.
The right of return is guaranteed only if the product is defective.
c) If you buy Primeview digital directly from Lagap SA, our prices correspond to the prices indicated. The shipping costs are at our expense. As for the delivery time, it depends on the time of the order (after 16:00 orders are postponed to the following day. We do not depend on the delivery time of La Poste but as a general rule, the package is sent by priority mail, registered (signature) and should be delivered within 24 hours from the confirmation of the shipment.
The right of return is guaranteed only in the event of a test defect. Improper handling or erroneous results due to this mishandling do not affect the reliability of the test. It will therefore not be refunded. For each return we advise you to return the complete kit with the sticks and your comments to the following address:

Note: For any dispute, the Swiss Consumer Rights Act shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Lugano, Switzerland.
